Critical Race Theory and the Jew-Hate Blues

Earlier today I announced on Twitter that I 'woke' up this morning with a bad attack of the Jew-hate blues.

I know I should avoid banging on about the problem but it's all around us - everywhere - and the latest mutation means that I must teach myself to be ashamed, not only of being white but  of being a Jewish Israeli and therefore beneath contempt.

This, in essence, I suggest, is the stuff of so-called CRT - 'critical race theory' - especially as espoused by the Black Lives Matter campaign, that has galloped with frightening, lightning speed from the USA, to most other countries on the globe and so inevitably, I suppose, to the American School London.

This ultra posh and expensive seat of learning opens its palatial doors to the children of the very rich and famous, so a large part of the fear is that these  presently young woke-inculcated students will be the leaders of tomorrow.

A respondent to a further post I made about this on Facebook has opined:

"Whoever is teaching the teachers is indoctrinating them in CRT, trying to introduce institutional antisemitism and identity politics into the school system. And succeeding".

Indeed!

Meanwhile, one can  hope only that like all new generations, the kids will react against their parents' views - this time an awful ideology - and return us to something we may recognise as 'sanity'.

Among the allegations cited against the school are that words like 'Nazi', 'swastika' and 'Hitler' were bandied at staff meetings.

What we must also note - I generalise here - is that too often, the very people who degrade and demonise Jews and Judaism and therefore the Holocaust are the very same characters who are guilty either of Holocaust denial or of diminishing the period's wicked enormity.

So I conclude here by pointing you to a Colombian police academy ceremony (illustrated above) in which officers dressed up as Nazis in an event intended to honour Germany.

There is a certain type of authoritarian character who seems attracted to police and prison work. It certainly requires a powerfully built and physically able individual to cope with such work. But do they have to think and behave like Nazis?
